I ordered 14 in total, all personalised family members. The designing was so simple online, anyone can use it. The delivery was really quick and I was so impressed when I finally saw the little guys! If I had to be really really fussy, then maybe could offer few more hair options, body colours and accessories - I did leave two of my characters bald so I could get white hair for grandad and spiky blonde hair for my son elsewhere. But this product and service is brilliant and they also very kindly helped me out when I messed up one of my designs! Definitely using them next year for mini figures of our friends!!!
