Returns Policy

Personalised items are not eligible for return. 

We pack orders thoroughly to make sure they reach you in perfect condition, however, if your order appears to be damaged upon receipt, please take a couple of photos and send them to us at info@fab-bricks.com, it's likely we can replace just the broken parts.

If we make an error in the printing/personalisation (we are human!) then just let us know and we will sort that out for you straight away.

UK Shipping

Orders over £25 include free shipping!

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked48 service, this service gives you email and/or sms updates from Royal Mail.

Royal Mail's expectations for its Tracked48 service is 2 day delivery, but please be aware that this is not always achieved by your local delivery office, and we will ask for some patience for your order to reach you. 

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 28days, we will, of course, either redo or refund in full. 

RM Special Delivery guarantee's next day delivery, but please allow 1 working day for us to produce your order. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We offer either DHL Express and Royal Mail International Tracked services to ship overseas.

DHL Express is the preferred option, it is handled end to end by DHL and is a very quick service, normally 2-3 days delivery after despatch, and includes email and sms notifications. We HIGHLY recommend choosing this option.

Royal Mail International Tracked will hand your order to a delivery partner in your country. For this reason, some countries do not offer full tracking and will only offer delivery confirmation from the point of arrival within your country. Delivery times vary from country to country. Most orders should arrive with 2-3 weeks, but please allow 28 days.
